No. Product ships exactly as it arrived to us. We never weigh, search, or reseal anything — a sealed box from Tobira is untouched from the factory.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. Orders ship tracked and insured, and we'll replace or refund affected items.
